  I was admittedly nervous about getting my NYS inspection done and being taken advantage of because I am a woman, but as soon as I met Bruce, that anxiety disappeared! He took me in right at 830 opening time and I was back out in a jiffy. While I hope my car won't need work done anytime soon, I will definitely be going back when it does. I highly recommend this shop!

  I needed to get my inspection done. The car needs 2 catoletick converters. The fronte one and the back one. The guy telles me that I need all 3 done. I whent to anothe shop. The put on just the one in the fronte for $ 320 plus the coast of the labor. $250. I pased the inspection. The guy talkes to you nicely, but when he gives you a price of $2000 for parts and $ 1000 for labor and he heares that you are shoocked on the phone he sayes - I can't help you and just hangs up the phone. I wasted the hole day. The owner lyed that I needed all 3 catoletick converters installed. The owner treates you nicely only when you are ready to spend thousands of dollars.

  I’ve been using them for years and will not go anywhere else. They’re great mechanics, honest and caring.

  My first visit was outstanding. The manager was very attentive and honest. I felt good knowing I wasn't being taken advantage of.( I am a woman). My next visit, 3000 miles later was a bit mediocre. Unfortunately the manager wasn't there that day. The attendant working on my truck wasn't very friendly. He couldn't suggest the best oil to use. He stated there all pretty much the same. (Not true). Oil change and filter replaced however he failed to reset the oil life reader in the truck. I'm gonna give them another chance. Maybe he was having a bad day.
