He took advantage of my grandmother by not explaining what he was doing and did not list a cost breakdown on his bill (no labor cost, no part cost, no nothing). He charges $200+ no matter what the issue is. He "fixed" this issue but had to be called out again because he did not correctly handle it. He wasn't able to come out the same day and did not give a time that he would be able to come so we had to wait around for him. I would not recommend his services to anyone at all. Find someone better who won't waste your time or your money.

Don't waste your money. Charges $139.95 for a service call on Sunday he wanted $379.95 to repair my freezer. When he left I noticed that he left my freezer unplugged which he didn't know if I could get a new freezer that day or not, he didn't care if I lost al the food. SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T USE HIM.

Not very friendly, not affordable, didn't seem very knowledgeable of what he was doing. Charged me a $100 "service fee" because I was unwilling to move forward with a "$300 repair" that I ended up doing myself for $30 and 5 minutes of my time. I am always about supporting local businesses, but not when they lack general customer service and courtesy.
