  I’ve had excellent care here. The doctors are through with good bedside manner and the nurses are the best! From the lab to the OR to the cath lab, every single experience I’ve ever had here has been positive, even though going to the doctor can be scary. The employees are always professional and caring. Thank you Kern Medical for taking such good care of me, especially Dr. Ramzan, Dr Froush, and nurse Leslie W. in the Cath Lab. But in reality, too many great employees to name them all!!

  If I could give zero stars I would. I came in at 11am with an order from my doctor to have an induction done. I started having contractions and the wait time turned out to be 12-16 HOURS!!!! I am not exaggerating this. You are better off inducing yourself at home and going to a different hospital. I’ve came in here before and waited 12 hours, when I stepped out to my car for a minute and came back they put me on the bottom of the list again because they called me during the time I was gone. If you’re just wanting to get baby checked out. Go to memorial or San joaquin. This place is not worth your time and they simply do NOT care.

  I like this hospital because all the nurses are very friendly. Reason i didn't give a 5 star was because after 9pm they lock all exits the only way out is the emergency room. But before that you need to go pass many secure exits. Its just a little more complicated thn it should be. Overall my wife and i came here to deliver our baby girl. experience was great.

  Not for the whole hospital this is non stress test center I've been coming here and today I get a new person I've never seen she doesn't introduce herself she treated me like I was dumb and didn't do anything my other nurses have done if she dose not want to work with pregnant women I don't think she should also she's coughing rudly idk if I spelled everything correctly but that's my review on part of the hospital other wise I'd give a better review on the other parts but today really made me angry.

  I have been to this hospital twice, and both times, the care I received was phenomenal. In other hospitals I have been to, I have had to deal with rude and condescending staff who haven't taken my concerns seriously. But not in this hospital. I felt I was treated with so much respect and kindness. The doctors and nurses listened to me and to every little concern I had. They carried out all the necessary tests and gave me the medication that helped me feel better. The positive energy from the staff helped me stay calm and made me feel safe and well cared for. I cannot say enough positive things about the doctors and nurses in this facility. Thank you for everything.
