This place is not a regular Bakery. they only sell matzos for the Jewish Passover holiday. They sell it by the pound. It's about $25 a pound. Each box is 2 & 1/2 pounds

So approx 25 years ago, I walk into another local Matzah Bakery and ask for a box of hand made Matzah. In reply, I get attitude. Do you have an appointment? An appointment for what? I did not come to help in the baking of the Matzah (as is custom with religious orthodox Jews). I just wanted a box of hand made, kosher for Passover, Shmura Matzah! So I driver over to the Kerestir Matzah bakery. What an experienced. I’m greeting by the owner with a huge smile. They have a huge selection of not just hand made Matzah made of wheat. They also have whole wheat and spelt Matzah. What more, they come packed in all sizes and variations. Very accommodating Matzah bakery. Since then, for the past 24 years, I buy Matzah for my extended family only at Kerestir Matzah bakery. I drive in from out of town just to get my annual Pesach Matzah order. I also like to bring my kids in here. They can come in and see the huge wood burning stove. They can also watch the full Matzah production process, all done by hand and the entire process must be completed in less than 18 minutes for the Matzah to be considered Kosher for Passover. This includes adding the water to the flour, creating the dough, rolling them out, adding the texture and baking them. I highly recommend this place.
