  I believe in Keranique. Not only do I use it. My mother and sister have used Keranique for years and love it!

  I ORDERED THE MERCHANDISE AND IT DIDN'T WORK. REALIZING THEY INSIST ON USING IT THE FULL TERM FOR IT TO WORK. HOWEVER, A DAY OR TWO SHORT OF A MONTH, I DIDN'T SEE ANY RESULTS THEREFORE i CALLED TO RETURN THE ITEMS. I HAD TO BE ON THE PHONE FOR TO LISTEN TO THEIR SALES PITCH TO CHANG MY MIND BEFORE PROCESSING MY RETURN REQUEST! ASSUMING THAT IT WAS CANCELED IN BY CALLING END OF NOVEMBER (CLOSE TO 30 DAYS RETURN TIMELINE), I WAS PUSHED INTO KEEPING THE PRODUCTS FOR ADDITIONAL 25%. HOWEVER, I DID NOT AGREE TO IT AND YET I RECEIVED A $64 .30 CHARGE ON MY AMEX AND A SECOND SHIPMENT PACKAGE IN DECEMBER. IMMEDIATELY I CALLED AND COMPLAINED AND WAS GIVEN A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. AT THIS POINT I DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR THE 64 CHARGE! I DID SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK VIA USPS WITH TRACKING NUMBER ON 12/29 AND NOW COMPANY CLAIMS IT WAS NOT RECEIVED! WHEN THE TRACKING SHOWS IT WAS TRANSFERRED TO PA POST OFFICE. I AM CONTINUING TO DISPUTE IT WITH AMEX AND IS STILL IN INVESTIGATION. I ALSO HAPPENED TO RUN IN TO ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL WHO HAD THE SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE AND IS DISPUTING IT WITH HER CREDIT CARD COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DO NOT STAND BY THEIR RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY.

  The product works, true story. My sister sent it to me as a gift, from the first time used I felt the difference the next day from the conditioner. My hair is very dry and breaks since childhood. My hair felt stronger after one use yo, no lie. I normally leave my shampoo and conditioner in the shower if someone else wants to wash their hair, but not this one. I take it right out of the bathroom after I use it word.

  I have to say Keranique is an amazing product that offers a convenient way to hide scalp. I had sparse hair that was thinning rapidly. The product bonds perfectly to my hair and even blends with my hair color, and it lasts right through the day without any hassle.

  I never received the product I ordered and, when I called customer service, they were incredibly rude and demeaning. They keep charging you until you are forced to take action
