  STAY AWAY!!! I first have to say that Tarajee is great. She normally does the waxing but my reason for writing this review is based on my latest experience. I want to make sure that people aren't fooled by the cheap Groupon price like I was. I paid for 3 Brazilian waxes. When I booked my appointment online, I didn't receive a confirmation email like I did the first time. I thought this was strange but I remember reading that they will only contact if there is the need to. Since I didn't hear anything I assumed all would be ok. I tried calling the day before my appointment. The opening hours state 10-7. I called at 5:30, 5:55 and again at 7:05. No answer. I decided that I'd drive anyway since I really needed the waxing done that day. When I arrived I was told that Tarajee wasn't there and that their online booking system was down. I was told to wait. 10 minutes later I asked the lady what was going on and she told me that they couldn't get hold of Tarajee and that I should come back tomorrow. I explained that I couldn't and that this was not a good service. She took on a very sarcastic tone and told me to wait while she found a solution. From out of a back room came Nicki(y). She introduced herself as "the trainer" and told me she could do my wax. I asked if she was qualified and she said yes. While I waited for the wax to warm up I could hear Nicki whispering to the lady who had called her from the back. I wasn't filled with confidence at this point and I know I should have walked out but I'd already driven 45 minutes in rush hour traffic and I needed it done. When I got in the room I asked Nicki if she would be using the hard wax that Tarajee used. She told me that she isn't trained to use it and that should would be using the strips. I was immediately worried because I know this isn't the right kind of wax for this area. I stupidly decided to stay. Nicki's technique was awful and from this and her unprofessional manner I could tell she wasn't qualified. She blew on the wax everytime to cool it down, which I didn't think was at all hygienic and she double dipped the stick. She rubbed so hard on the strips to make sure that the wax was on that I had cuts everywhere. She told me that I should hold my skin in certain places but my hands got covered in wax. She gave me gloves. When the ordeal was over I looked down and there was hair everywhere. She told me that she could pluck them but I just wanted to cry and get out of there. She suggested I shaved the rest. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Why would I shave when I went to get a wax??? So silly!!! This whole wax nightmare lasted 45 minutes, not at all professional. I couldn't believe that they had allowed an unqualified and unprofessional person to do such an intimate wax. I asked if I could have the contact details for Kenny and she gave me his card. I called the number straight away and it went through to the lady who first greeted me. I walked back in and asked to speak with Kenny and she told me he was busy cutting hair and that he would call me. I am STILL waiting for the call. Please people, don't go here. It's worth paying a little bit more and going somewhere professional. Such a shame that they have ruined my good experience with Tarajee. I will NEVER go back and count my final wax off as a loss.
