  Our experience with Kenny's Carpet One was terrific. We had originally contracted with another carpet store in Brewster who proved to be significantly less than reputable, so after that experience we contacted Kenny Hogan @ Kenny's Carpet One who installed carpeting and flooring in various areas of our home and it was a great experience. Kenny's installers were extremely competent, totally professional and immensely courteous. Anyone who doesn't use Kenny's Carpet One for any carpet / flooring endeavors they are planning are doing themselves a great disservice.   Kenny and his team created two beautiful rugs for the entryways at my place of work. Kenny came out himself to do the initial measurements and to walk us through the various material options. He was patient, clear, and offered great suggestions. Throughout the course of the project, he and his colleague, Patti, responded quickly and thoroughly via phone and email.   We found Kenny's Carpet One to be extremely professional from sale to install. His installers were very competent and did all that was needed to complete the installation on time and with the least amount of disruption. Kenny was very helpful with our insurance needs. He even came to our home with samples and made sure that what we chose was delivered in a reasonable time. We will always recommend them to relatives and friends.
