The Car buying experience was good. They got me the exact make and color with the precise performance package i was looking for. The car is everything i could have imagined and more. The Fiesta ST is a hoot to drive and any enthusiast should seriously consider one. Unfortunately, as soon as i drove the car off the lot my salesman dropped of the face of the earth and stopped returning my calls. This was extremely disappointing and hopefully is resolved soon because if not, i will be taking my new car elsewhere for service. Edit: I have to make an Amendment to what I said above. Kenny Ross, and specifically Jacob Marvin, really stepped up to the plate to make this right. Turns out what happened above was just a communication error and has since been resolved above and beyond what I could have expected. Because of this I have changed the review from 3 to 5 stars because honestly, I'm driving away with the exact car I wanted with every need being met in the buying process. They've also worked with me in the aftermarket department and couldn't have been better. Edit #2: I have to change my rating once again and this pertains to the customer service. I bought this car back in February and have since stated my experiences above. Well, back in July, the paint started to yellow inside the doors of my car. This wasn't due to sun damage because it was happening inside the door jam. This yellowing has since spread to other doors and I haven't been given help by Ford or Kenny Ross. I went through Ford corporate to have them fix this but they said it was something I or someone else did to the car and refused to cover it under warranty. Since then Kenny Ross has told me they're willing to help me but refused to explain if they'd cover the cost (The car has 8K miles and under warranty) and hasn't returned my phone calls. Every time i talk to the service department/sales/management doesn't seem to have any idea of what's going on regardless of the messages i leave or the people i talk to. My last communication was with a manager via email and he said he looked forward to our communication. I'm still waiting for said communication. Overall, dealing with this place has been a nightmare. The only person who would regularly get back to me and tell me her honest opinion was Paula Mooney in service. She was wonderful through every step, even if she was giving me bad news. As for everyone else? They were as dependable as a Pinto with 200K miles. I've had enough of Ford. They don't stand by their products and don't honor their warranties when they deem fit. Edit #3: I had my 10K mile service done at the dealership to keep my lifetime warranty intact. Well, this was a mistake on my part. On November 8th they changed my oil and filled my fluids. Little did I know they didn't fill my windshield reservoir with fluid that's rated for cold weather. During this recent cold snap all my windshield fluid froze inside the lines of my car and I had to thaw them myself. This is just another problem with Kenny Ross. Edit #4: I took my car in for service because I was worried during my previous visit, they had filled the oil too high. After Paula checked the car out, it was seen that I had nothing to worry about and the oil level was fine. Jeff Byrge made it right got me taken care of and apologized for everything that had taken place up until this point. I'm changing my rating to two stars since this is the beginning of a long road back to trusting this place. Thank you, Jeff for your kindness the other day, and I hope further communications and experiences push the rating higher for you and myself. No one wants to dread going to the dealership and yesterday's experience was great. Hopefully the first of many.

I purchased a used vehicle for my son here a few weeks ago. Almost immediately, we noticed the check engine light coming on. The issue was a leak in the exhaust system. I realize that I purchased this vehicle "as is" with no type of warranty and realize that they had no obligation to make repairs. I contacted Kenny Ross and they asked me to bring it in. After a few times taking the car back to Kenny Ross... the exhaust issue has been resolved - did not bill me for any of the work. Very happy with the service.

I had a terrible experience with Kenny Ford. I was on a cross country trip and needed an oil change. I took it in to there because I thought going with a dealership with my vehicle make was the best way to go when traveling. During the oil change they came back and said one of my front struts had gone out. They recommended that I change both the front struts so I did. Price tag was over $500 after all said and done and they finished it same day. A few months later back home I go to get my oil changed at tires plus where I have gone for years. They take me out and show me that my oil pan had been stripped and they would have to plug the oil pan. Took an extra two hours and $63. I took pictures and had them document everything. Contacted the service department at Kenny Ross. I sent them the pictures and everything and asked that they replace my oil pan. They said because I couldn't take it a few thousand miles back to them and it had been a few months they wouldn't do that. With full synthetic oil it only needs an oil change every 10,000 miles. I spoke with my local Ford dealership and they were very surprised by their answer. They ended up sending me a check for $60 which I had to request. They didn't even cover the taxes? They had all the pictures and documents of miles from Tires Plus. It was so frustrating that they treated me like I was trying to take advantage. The guy said oh well it's been almost 10000 miles since you were here? Yeah of course, it was full synthetic and it's supposed to go that long. The smart car tells you when you need to change the oil. At least they put the right oil in. I even posted on social networks that when on the road trust the dealerships. They damaged that trust for me. I won't fault all dealerships. I have had good experiences at other Ford dealers. If I would have driven the couple thousand miles to have them see it themselves I doubt they would have replaced the damage their technician caused to my oil pan. My local dealership even offered to inspect it for free and send them over everything but still they wouldn't. Bottom line I am not even confident there was something wrong with my front struts now. It was riding fine before I got there. Because Tires Plus had to plug my oil pan and it took a few extra hours I had to cancel plans I had that were important to me. Did they care? No not at all. Did they offer anything? No, I had to demand at least the cost of the plug, again to cheap to even cover the tax portion. I felt like I was being accused of causing the damage myself. The service department here really screwed up for me. I would not recommend them for any service at all. Take your vehicle to one of the major vehicle maintenance chains or a different Ford dealership. Their customer service when they do something wrong is trash. No accountability maybe unless you bring back your vehicle? Even if I showed back up I'd bet they still wouldn't have replaced my oil pan. They would have said oh well they plugged it so your good. I disagree with that completely! I shouldn't have to drive around with a plugged oil pan when I took it to a Ford dealership in the first place. No accountability or obvious care for the quality of their customers vehicles.

After having an awful couple of experiences at my local Shults Ford, Kenny Ross Ford's team has reinstalled faith in the Ford brand. I will gladly drive past other dealers to come here with the experience I have had here. All of the technicians have come across genuine and concerned for my experience with my vehicle. This was so refreshing after what I've dealt with before.
