  In & out with what I wanted within 5 minutes. Girl who helped us was super friendly and knowledgeable. Store is super clean and well put together.

  I have been to this store multiple times to accompany friends that have exchanged items. When my multiple of my friends have gone to do this (at different times), the items got exchanged no questions asked and with no receipt. I went in recently to exchange a necklace of my own, and was asked to verify the purchase. I couldn’t and was refused an exchange. The store is inconsistent.

  The workers here are so wonderful! I was looking for some sold out earring in the spring collection and Brie called a million places and found them for me. Love it!

  I walked around forever and no one thought to ask me if I needed any help. Finally I just asked. Then when I went to checkout, I did not get the same service as my counterpart. Maybe the Kendra Scott in Southlake does not believe minorities deserve the same service, or can buy their jewelry.

  Oh my gosh I don’t even know where to begin. This place has the best workers and some of the sweetest people. They are so so so helpful. I had the best experience today and thank you so much. Definitely recommend this place. ❤️ Thank you so much for my pretty purple and gold necklace. I’ll wear it everyday.
