  This was my first experience with any of the Kendall group in Alaska. The sales team was amazing, they were prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable. They hunted down the exact truck i was looking for and helped me get the options I needed with it. The sales managers were kind of distant, they didn't seem too involved. They were more concerned with making the sale than taking care of the customer is how I perceived it. Their finance department was completely disconnected from the sale. They did not come talk to us about what was going on with our credit, rates, or options. They handed the piece of paper off to the sales associate and had them drop it in front of us. We were never given an explanation on why our rates, payments, or terms were what they were. We ended up going through USAA on our own and cut our interest rates nearly in half. If you're going to use the dealership to work on your financing, study your credit in advance so you know what you're eligible for. All of that to say it was still a good experience and the truck is amazing!

  An amazing service oriented experience! From the moment we arrived (for a service call) to the moment we drove away in a new RAV4; everyone and I mean EVERYONE was polite, attentive, and above all; knowledgeable. This goes for the service writer to the salesman to the finance attendant. Never have I felt so honestly cared for during an experience such as this. Everyone we worked with took steps to go above and beyond the call for our satisfaction. We have purchased one Toyota in the past (2014) but I can see many more in our future from Kendall Toyota of Anchorage.

  We have been taking our vehicles to Kendall Toyota for years now, since 2006, when we bought our Tacoma, was a different dealer back then, however we have been consistent. This last visit was to have either a flat tire repaired or exchanged I had to wait 5band a half hours to just have this completed. This caused me a days work, a days pay, plus the expense of a new tire. This is not good. However, we recently took our Tacoma back there and the service was excellent, much improved. Michael was great.

  Bradley Hakeem was an excellent Service Advisor. We took my wife's 2012 Sequoia in for suspension issues. Bradley kept us in the loop for the entirety of the repair. When a part needed to be ordered from Japan, Bradley offered us a "loaner" to get us through the work week while repairs were being completed, a HUGE help!!! Bradley and the technicians did an amazing job of getting my wife's car back on the road and repaired. Many thanks to the team for the professionalism and situational awareness provided throughout the process.
