  Stay away from this dealer unless you are millionaire and don't really care about getting ripped off, took my FZJ80 for alignment and told them point blank I just need an alignment, they took my car and kept it over night and the next day they called to inform me that they need to change this and that etc in order do alignment and the total will be $4762.25, for less than that I can buy another used Lexus LX450. They charged me 35 dollars for using their tire iron to open the lug nuts. My car didn't need any special lug nut removal tire iron. Hell for 20 bucks You can buy a universal tire iron that will open almost all of the lug nuts. Beside that hats off to service advisor Andre Morris for cheerful attitude, he is really a great guy and I like him.

  I LOVE my new Lexus! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Lexus and the experience was absolutely amazing. When I first received the vehicle (it is a certified pre-owned), there was a slight dent that Colleen went out of her way to fix! I didn’t have any complaints about the dent but they still wanted to provide top notch customer service and had it fixed in less that 3 hours! If you are looking for any vehicle from Kendall, whether it be used or new, go see Colleen, even if it is at a different location, She will have it brought to their dealership for you! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had!

  I will never buy anything other than a Lexus ever again. Mostly because the customer service I received from Lacey and Colleen was superior than any other dealership I’ve been to. This was my third time coming in for a vehicle and every single time they took care of me and found me a vehicle that I love and an awesome deal too. They really go above and beyond for their customers.

  Hope my experience will be upgraded today (Tuesday). Waiting for call back from Sunday. Parts manager called me with concern as they had not received msg from me. I placed my order, she notified me when it arrived in time for my husbands birthday. Parts mgr very professional and efficient in establishing a satisfied customer relationship. Thank you for taking care of my needs.

  If you ever decided to get a Lexus. I would highly recommend it for you won’t go back to the usual Honda or Toyota. Even a used Lexus can be a tremendous joy and great comfort. I highly recommend you ask for Sam Park as your sale representative. He works in Lexus and Toyota as a salesman. I also recommend you try researching your ideal Lexus vehicles before you come to the dealership. Overall, I like Sam and he’s not pushy like other sale reps. Just be careful on the pricing, I still think it’s high but given the small volume of Lexus in town. They do have the pick of pricing.
