  They got me in quickly, fixed my tire, and got me back on the road. They were friendly, efficient, and honest. I would recommend this location to others.

  The only shop I allow to touch my car. They are very friendly up front in customer service, very respectable and bend over backwards for my repeated service, they also have very high quality technicians in the shop, who have always helped me keep my vehicles running right. They have helped my every need, from tires to aftermarket wheels, to struts and shocks to coilovers and everything between. They have done my clutch replacement and every single oil change. These guys are simply put in one word. Amazing. Thanks to this staff.

  I’ve had jobs done here three times, new tires once and repairs on punctured tires twice. Have always had great experiences, particularly their customer service. Most recently, I dropped off a damaged tire at noon and they had it repaired and ready for pickup by 2. Prices are always great, too. Both for the tires/parts themselves and labor. I’d highly recommend this location to anyone who needs work done.

  I had a breakdown in Lexington while passing through. I had the tow truck deliver my vehicle to the closest shop... that happen to be ken towery’s auto. The staff was extremely helpful, honest and considerate. Truly professionals. I strongly recommend!

  I love this store!!! The Manager, Devon, always takes care of my car needs and ALWAYS gives exemplary customer service. He is always upfront and honest and knows how much my family means to me. Therefore, I have no worries when I bring my car in that it will be taken care of. Too bad all places don’t treat you like Devon and his guys. #1 store!!!
