  Ever heard of sugar Ginger? This place has the best in town. Fresh young Ginger, boiled and drenched in granulated sugar. Eat it like candy, put it in a tea, chop it up and add it to a bowl of ice cream, you name it, it's good AND good for you. If you had the ginger candy at Trader Joe's, then you have a shadow of an idea of what sugar Ginger is. Do you want the real stuff, get it here. Good for nausea, good for cramps, just a great snack all around. I don't know how people haven't discovered this place, but it is amazing! The owner, Kelly, has her kids with her sometimes. Nice family running an awesome business. Go. On street parking or park in the pay for parking lot across the street, or the muni lot a little bit further down on Maunakea St. **CASH ONLY**
