  Roy Kelly and his team are very professional and know their stuff. I am very happy with the job they did for me and would recommend them to anyone.

  Roy knows his stuff. But he manages employees poorly. He came gave instructions and left. They did not follow instructions and his attitude is that job is done. They installed floor and then tracked glue all over it as they installed steps. I have terrible sanding gouge marks. Roy has made no effort to fix the mess.

  Kelly hardwood floors just finished installing my floors and they look amazing. They did the job from start to finish and did not leave out any details. Any concerns we had were addressed immediatly. When they put the baseboards back on we didn't like some of the places and they came back and fixed it exactly to our likings the very next day. They are a great company to work with and have excellent customer service I would reccomend them to anyone.
