  Dr. Beatriz Springer and all her staff at Keller Modern Dentistry are amazing. They're so kind and caring and know you by name, recognize your face, ask about your family (remembering their names too) etc and have genuine care and concern for their patients. I HATE going to the dentist, but Dr. Spring and her team are so courteous and professional they make it almost tolerable! Great job to you all - I'd highly recommend your practice to anyone and wouldn't go anywhere else (unless my insurance changed!)

  Omg! I'm doing this review still sitting at the dental office now is 1:15 pm real don't know when I will go home, I have been here since 0845 got my root canal done by the specialist then another dentist came take out old crown cause I need two crowns to match, It took her about an hour to convince me to match my tooth and crowns color, they don't have many choices, then the assistance has to make me temporary crowns cause they have to ship my order out to the lab. Then I have to wait 5 days before i get permanent crowns. Assistance/tech was a blonde lady i tried to get her name but she didn't have any badge on she keeps making un matched crowns one round and another squre total different color, she is forcing me to have these on, and I refused it, I told her to fixed them, she got so pissed/mad and states " I will let the doctor do it and it will take a long time" and she left me head down on the chair. She was so rude, unprofessional and rude I will find out her name and come back to post, you must avoid her she is very rude and mean. Now is 1:23pm im going to the front and ask whats going on after im done with the treatment i will never come back to this place again, I have been here for 5hrs and don't know how long I will have to wait, so I have to come back and add morr comments now 3:10pm I finale finished and I found out the name of the assistance who suppose to do my crowns and was mean, rude and unprofessional her name is Emmy. By the way the Dr came in and did my temporary crowns looks great I love it and she was very nice and apologize. Avoid Emma the assistance if you can. Everybody else were very nicr and helpful.

  Took advantage of elderly saying she has peridontal disease and needed a crown for a chip. The molding took over 2.5 hours because the girl had to do it over and over again (not the dentist, which it should have been) then they rushed the "deep cleaning" which cost more than a regular cleaning. Got her crown on the next appt just to have it put in terribly. Trying to make a next appt to have them fix it but no call back yet. They over charge and take advantage of people, then do bad dental work. It's wrong to take advantage of people with no insurance, especially elderly.

  Pretty sure this dentist is engaging in dental fraud. I have religiously gone to the dentist twice a year since I've had teeth. I have never been told I have any significant problem. I've only ever even had one cavity. I go to this dentist for the first time and suddenly I need over $600 worth of (uninsured) treatments to treat my impending periodontal disease. So I shared this shady information with my previous dentist (who I saw just six months prior) and she said it was EXTREMELY unlikely I would have such significant changes to my mouth that went unnoticed by me. I'm no sucker. Don't be a sucker.
