::Bought work boots here. Was in the neighborhood and stopped by because my shoes got damaged. They looked up my receipt and I was able to swap the shoes with no problem and walk out in new ones! I even got into a better pair that are way more durable and just paid the difference. The shoes are great now 2 months later and work way better for my job.

::Service was excellent. As soon as I walked in an employee asked if I'd been in before. When I said I hadn't, he showed me around and how things work, then walked away giving me time to look around. No pressure at all. After a short time Greg came around ask me if I had found anything I like. I told him I liked a couple of models and what my needs were. He gave me several options, picked the one I liked the best, and just put them on paid for them, and walked out. One of the best shoe buying experiences I've had. Kudos to Greg thanks again.

::In December 2017 I purchased my 3rd pair (A pair each year form me). The first 2 pairs I still have and show some use on the soles that's it. My 3 kids all have a pair as well. This pair however tore at the soul on the left foot. I reached out to Keen by email there response "allow 3-5 days". Well still no response 8 days later! I have had this pair less than 5 months. I did not by a cheap pair of boots otherwise I would not be mentioning anything. I paid for a quality pair and i expect Keen to stand behind there product which to date did not happen! I need a new pair ASAP and will not be purchasing another KEEN product. If the cared they would not inform a 3-5 days response the would address immediately.
