  Terrible customer service! Went in to get my rings inspected for insurance purposes and was told someone will be with me in “one moment”. There were only 2 other customers in the store so I figured that they really would be with me in a moment. After about 20 minutes of waiting I was told again, just “one moment”. This went on as I waited for about 50 minutes. One of the customers who was being helped actually told the staff that she was going to need time to make her decision so to help me in the mean time, still the clerk completely ignored me and sat there waiting for the customer to decide. After almost an hour the manager came and asked me to just come back later. When I explained to her that I had already waited so long she said “ok, one moment” and walked away. After waiting a total of an hour and 15 minutes I finally walked out. They clearly do not care about their customers who have already made purchases from them. I do not recommend this store at all.

  I recommend this store. The manager Ewa and the staff are amazing and helpful. Great and a lot of choices of jewelry. Two thumbs up.

  Took my watch here for a simple battery change. They broke the crown, then spent 2 hours trying to fix it before acting like it was my fault. It has now been over 7 weeks and the watch is still not back. No one calls to let you know the status and when you call and get a canned "it will take another 10 business days" and every time you query that response on the next call you get a "I don't know who gave you that information but it was false". Rude in the store, on the phone and do not give a damn about their customers. I would never shop here and look forward to getting my watch back so I never have to go back. If it ever comes back.

  Jennifer helped me from another location. She told me to go to this location because they had more options. Im so glad we did. They made sure we got what we wanted and stayed 30 mins after they closed. Thank you so much 🤗

  The store manger was extremely rude on the phone and did not bother trying to assist me at all.
