  The saleswoman deceived me, saying that the store gave me a loan without interest. But I got a bill with 25% interest in favor of the store.

  They don't know how to repair a necklace. The nice lady took a circle ring out to make you think that it would be like that on your necklace. However, she fixed my necklace like the picture below. I had no choice to pay $30 because she did make her efforts. Anyway, do not expect they know how to repair.
