  My fiance and I were just walking around the quarry when we decided to stop by Kay to take a look at wedding bands. We were immediately helped by a super cute girl (I think her name was Gabby) who showed us all their options. she not only listened to what we thought we wanted but she also gave us other options that we hadn't considered. The manager (Tamora) also came over and helped us out. We decided on a couple rings we really liked, but we wanted the input of some of our close friends, so they put all the rings we like don hold for 24 hours for us. We went back next day and bought our rings. The people here were so friendly and helpful talking about financing options and keeping us very informed. My fiance and I live 30 minutes away from this location, but this is the only one we will ever be going to in the San Antonio area.

  Great customer service. Knowledgeable and to the point. I learned about metals along with details around their company and their capabilities. Very happy and thank you for understanding how to service your customers.

  I would not recommend Kay period. I paid for a special order mens ring in full only to have it returned after 30 days without being notified. This was over 30 days ago, and I am still waiting for the charge to be credited to my account. Highly disappointed with corporate. The manager and sales person, however, were helpful.

  We went by to get my ring inspected and the assistant manager said she found a crack in the stone and that the prongs were loose. We were outside the 6 month window for the warrenty so she said we would need to buy another at $1,400. We have insurance so I sent it in to be looked at. They found nothing to be wrong. The "crack" she saw was an inherent feature that has been present from the day it was formed in the earth. In addition, the prongs were strong and in good condition. I called the store to let them know and they said the manager would call me back since she was with a client. She called, and all she had was excuses. No accountability and no responsibility. Just excuses. We will not be wasting our time at this store in the future.

  I met a man named Nick here on a saturday and he helped me and my husband find a new wedding band set to replace my old one. He was very patient and helpful understood my needs well and was not presumptuous about want I wanted. I told him up front that we were not ready to buy but he still took a long time to help me figure out the kind of set I want. I called the store back just now (a few days later) and he answered and remembered me right away. He was a wonderful sales rep and I am glad to say that when we are ready I will be going back to him specifically, just because of how kind he was! Amazing experience!
