  I had a great experience with this location! In fact because of Eric T, I will be a Kay’s customer for life! He went above and beyond to make my bridal set amazing and gave us the best possible price. Thank you so much.

  If you seek an informed,transparent buying experience, don't go here, I did, and I had a lot of unnecessary heartache. My sales rep was Eric, assistant manager. I was sold an upgraded "artisan" leo without being told it was the artisan leo, all i was told was "leo" so naturally i assumed it was the standard leo. So when I went back to inquire about the price difference and have my receipt explained, I STILL was not informed that I had bought the upgraded more expensive artisan leo. After being told that the more expensive price was just pretty much so high for insurance purposes, to protect my investment, I left, still confused. I came back another day wanting answers and argued for 2 hours with Eric about the numbers not making sense, and he still allowed me to think I bought a standard leo. I left in tears. I was told I purchased a leo and I even said," why was this one so much more expensive, it's not even the artisan," and STILL was not informed about it actually being an artisan. I called customer care 3 times and was still not told. I had just about given up hope on kay jewelers and was feeling horrible about my purchase. You may ask youself, why didn't you just return it? I had a custom setting made, so that was not an option. Believe me, I wanted to. Finally, as a last attempt for resolution, I decided to try a different store. I went to the hulen location and it was there that I finally learned the truth about my purchase. After the positive experience i had at the hulen location, they restored my faith in kay jewlers and i would definately recommend the Hulen mall kay jewelers. Tasha (the manager) and her staff were all so amazing, they will really take their time to help you find what will work best for you, not rush, and make sure you are aware of your options and and give you information about the products. I wish I could go back and just have gone to the Hulen location from the beginning.

  Worst store ever, I took my wedding ring for repairs and I was not happy at all, they change the diamond prongs and put a new head with out telling me, the one they put was really sharp from the corners and looked really short funny looking, making my diamond look smaller, I told them I didn't like it and that I wanted to change the prongs to the ones I had before and they didn't want to do it again, they're response was that I was under charge and that if I wanted to change the prongs I was going to pay a lot more, even though they made changes with out telling me, so to fix the problem, they smude the corners but they also smude the diamond making it look even smaller. I didn't want to take it back because I was afraid that they will mess it up again. Don't take your jewelry there is not worth it, I did it because I thought it was the best option since my ring was from that store. Never again.

  If I could do -5 stars I will!! Worse customer service ever! Bought a wedding band and engagement ring together, due to my finger's size it had to be remade to not affect the structure and durability of the rings if we were to resize them. The promised date arrived and no sign of my rings, the ladies gave me the wrong info by saying rings were in many times and came to find out they weren't and they never really checked the facts of the rings were aborts. Over two months later I got the wedding band waited again, called the store again and I got the "you're ring is in" then came to find out again they didn't check and ring wasn't in!! Another waste of trip and the payment bill for the rings don't wait but I have to! Never buying again from this store!!
