  I went into the Kay Jewelers on State street and Monroe, I can honestly say that I had the best experience, and customer service that I have ever had in any other jewelry store. I went in to upgrade my gold chain necklace because my 1 year old son keeps pulling at it and I needed something more sturdy, and David was absolutely wonderful! He listened to my concerns, and help me to find exactly what I was looking for in the matter of minutes. I never purchase warranties, but David walked me through the benefits of having the lifetime warranty and I just could not past it up. I am very pleased with my purchase and I would like to thank David for his kindness! This is now my permanent jewelry store!

  I had an awesome experience with David. I went into the store Thursday to have a very special cross chain sent out to be fixed. When I arrived the store had a few customers. David stopped what he was doing in the back office to assist me. The most amazing thing happened. He replaced my chain with a brand new one out of the case. On top of that he offered to clean both pairs of my earrings. He went above and beyond what I expected. My customer experience was awesome ☺️☺️

  Had an awesome experience here—came in to get my wife’s wedding ring fixed after it broke. Staff was super helpful and courteous when I couldn’t remember some details about the original purchase. The location is clean and inviting and I felt welcome and appreciated as a customer.

  Today I went into Kays and a representative by the name of David was so nice and helpful. This place has a welcoming atmosphere and I will be back in the near future.

  This Kay Jewelres Store is a Museum a beauty it's unique. Come on in and meet the best stuff ever David the manager Julie is second of comend , don't forget the famous Karla and the rest of the cew. Always happy to see me. I bought my wedding rings and my Movado from them with a special discounts. I work around the block and anything I pass by the store I enjoy the amazing front entrance and the largest windows ever...... Love the place.
