  Terrible terrible service. The servers and bartenders don’t even have to be there, because you enter the place and no one helps you for hours. I have been here numerous times trying to give it a shot, but I will never return. The bartender (the girl with the accent) charges you extra for rocks when you ask for a vodka soda & when I questioned as to why she would charge me $2 more for every single drink for rocks when all I asked for was a regular vodka soda she replied “this is how they trained me”.... well if an establishment is training their bartenders to charge customers extra for something they never asked for you know something is wrong... the owner is rude and disrespectful and does not care about his customers and you can clearly see that with the people he has hired... people who do not care about good customer service. He is also incredibly rude and disrespectful when you have a problem with the service and he comes up to you to talk about it. The drinks were not good and the food came over an hour late. I’m surprised this place is still open with how terribly it has been going. Do not come here, save your money and spend it somewhere more worthwhile and where you’re not supporting a disrespectful owner.

  I hate the fact that in order to write a review, you have to give a star, which this establishment does not deserve at all. Not only are the servers rude and distasteful, the owner is racist and makes racial slurs when he thinks customers and even his own staff are not listening. You can definitely see the difference in how he approaches and talks to people depending on where they are from. It's all very shady, and not worth it in my opinion.

  TERRIBLE SERVICE! My date and I entered the establishment without being greeted and resorted to seating ourselves and grabbing a menu from the bar. Numerous servers, as well as the hostess, passed by on several occasions without ever acknowledging us. After sitting with our menu for almost an hour, a server asked if we were being helped, but we informed them that, at this point, we just wanted to finish watching the final 2 minutes of the half and we were leaving after. As a result, the hostess came over and told us we had to leave because we weren't paying customers. After we explained our experience, we were told we still had to leave. This is hands down the worst service that I've ever received and I will most definitely never return.

  Nothing to complain about here. Good beer selection, plenty of space inside and outside in the back, tons of screens to watch any game you could want, fast service. The location is good and parking is easy on most nights. When it's not a big playoff game, you can find a a seat anywhere and get some good beer and decent food.

  Came here for a community charity fundraiser. Amazing space, especially the huge outdoor beer hall tables and patio. Wings were tasty. Owner was amazing and incredibly generous
