  We were trying to pick out a matching granite for our island. Heather was very helpful. We picked one that matched. Paid extra for a special edging. Was given an install time. They changed the time two more times telling my husband it was taking longer to cut the edging. I take time off work to meet them for delivery. They didn’t have me look at the granite prior to starting install. I did notice how dusty the slab was. They put the granite on the island base I went over to inspect it and it was NOT the granite slab we purchased!! It did not match, there was too much gold in the slab. I told them this wasn’t the one we took the time to pick out. He just told me then you get a discount. I said no, it does not match. I called the store and they told me they had to investigate if it was the wrong one. I told her I know it was. I sent her via text the picture of the slab we purchased. She tells me they just cut the wrong half of the slab they had the one that we purchased and sends me a picture of a slab she thinks was the one we ordered. It was NOT the one we purchased. It felt very shady. To keep moving our install time and then it’s the wrong piece. I think they broke the slab we ordered or sold it. Either way, let us know, hey this happened, we messed up, come pick out a new slab. No, they tried to find one similar and install and maybe we wouldn’t notice. They just didn’t know what happened we were told over and over. I do, they tried to pull one over on us. Very shady business practice. I will not do business there and would not recommend this place. Shady business practices.

  Pick out your slab, setup your site measurement, install a few days later.. wow! Professional, fast, and QUALITY granite. As a contractor, they are my go to granite supplier and installer!

  If working with the commercial reps I would recommend stopping. One of them in particular will tell you that a signed quote is not a contract (2 months later) and they can modify the pricing whenever they want. Additionally, they won't return calls or e-mails. It takes 3-4 times of calling, e-mailing and eventually submitting via the contact page on their website before you get the 'pleasure' of speaking with your sales rep again. Maybe the residential side is better but avoid for anything commercial. I did eventually receive a call back from another rep who told me that she frequently has to deal with these same complaints about this particular rep. I appreciated the gesture but if they repeatedly have issues with the same employee I would hope they resolve that internally.

  delays, demo'd kitchen with no working sink for over a week because of delays, had to pick an entirely different material because the one I picked crumbled when they started cutting... told me it was granite, then it was quartzite, then they had never cut that material before...more delays, finally got to install and they left a mess. Dripped epoxy all over newly painted kitchen cabinets, split the wood on part of the cabinets from pushing the countertops in place and chipped the newly painted cabinets in other places. They gave me ONE option to "fix" the problem, won't even entertain another option, won't respond to me unless it's to get their money and sent me to collections. Oh by the way, don't pay over the phone because they will leave your credit card information written on a piece of paper and somehow process payments without your signature. Not once did they have me sign off on anything. Unprofessional and I do not recommend.
