  Had a great experience here sitting at the sushi bar. Fish was fresh and delicious, happy hour prices don’t hurt the wallet. Just wish they had a salmon roll on hh :) Btw, they have TWO happy hours: 3-6p and 10-1 or 2am, and all day Sunday!

  Food is good. I like that it's open late. Busy place. Sometimes waiters get overwhelmed and it takes a while to get a refill. But overall very pleasant experience.

  Go to Japanese restaurant in Oakland. Great food and overall a great experience. I do notice that the quality of the food has gotten down. Hopefully they do get better when I visit soon. For what it's worth... Their happy hour is amazing. I hope that they can manage staying afloat especially with Oakland becoming a very expensive place to be in now a days thanks to the gentrification that's happening.

  One of the best late-night spots in Oakland. It's open till around two, so for all the partygoers out there you may still be able to get a meal even after the club/bar closes. The happy hour for Kansai is also very late, so it's almost more attractive when it's 1 in the morning. Don't miss out on this one if you're out late in Oakland. The prices are pretty reasonable.

  Late night happy hour is awesome!!! Sushi is abundant in number if choices and overall good taste. Pricing is great for the Bay area and with happy hour it's an even better deal. Alcohol pricing is also a really great deal.
