  Lived in the Kales for four years and loved a lot about it. Great location, management, and the building itself is beautiful! Could use some updates to keep up with the new luxury apartments opening up in the neighborhood. However, with the underground parking included in your rent, you can't beat it. The Kales Night Out events for residents were a great way to meet your neighbors as well!

  Kales is my forever Detroit home. The prices started getting to high for just my solo income so unfortunately I had to leave. But it was honestly HARD. Its a great home. PERFECT location. And I know lots of places say this but there is honestly everything, and way more, than you would ever need within walking distance. Everyone in the building is extremely nice and neighborly. The staff is also amazing. I honestly don't know how someone could have a bad experience there.
