  I have been trying to help for depression and anxiety after losing my dad and mother in law. The behavioral health department has some great people and some some people who are anything but helpful. MG is one of the bright stars that is awesomely helpful and kind. You can tell it is his default setting and not something he needed to be taught. This review is to say thank you to him.

  Kaiser is only a good idea if you are a patient getting free medical care because it is a better option that Valley Medical (the county hospital) , but is not much better. But for people who pay for insurance, it is a terrible option because you wont get the care you pay for at all.

  I have been trying since SeptemberTo get assessed For my dyslexia And adhd My entire life is on hold right now I can't work a job till i can be regulated rent is high my husband works 12-hour shifts And I fear homelessness All the while my 11 month old depands on me as i sit on a waiting list just wanting to do better for them

  Kaiser needs to be sent to court for the way they handle human beings. Again I will repeat, ive been suffering chronically disabled for a year listening to them and have gotten no where. I went out of network and finally figured out my issues. I submitted many grievances and they all had an automated denial stating to " continue reccomended treatment with my doctors " basically saying , go ahead, die. This is not tolerated anymore. I will not stop until justice is served. Maybe one needs to take them to court with all this overwhelming evidence beyond a doubt case that will teach them a lesson to stop allowing humans to just die. Ive attatched their response at the bottom haha. Its comical

  Deeply Saddened that the claimed "Best Psychiatric care facility" treats their patients like Prisoners in times when they need emotional support most. My dear friend voluntarily admitted himself to this facility at a time when he felt there was simply no other choice and the care that has been provided to him has been extremely inhumane. Please save yourself and loved ones by avoiding this facility at all costs. Direct experiences from my friend: - Horrible food supplied / absolute necessities not met (without water for hours) - Security guards disrespecting and giving evil stares/ not responding while making direct eye contact - Nothing is voluntary, phone is taken away (except for 10mins/day, clothes taken away) - Bathroom privileges' denied for HOURS - Denied access to go outside for DAYS - The list goes on
