  I like idea, it’s just not good poke. If this place opened in NYC it would be closed within the first few weeks. Kucenic did a great job with Muddy Waters and Bird on the Run is decent, but this place seems like a poorly thought out last ditch effort to capitalize on the gentrification of East Liberty. This place needs zucchini noodles, 5 different sauces/flavors, 5 more add-ins and to step the quality up a lot. Going to try Pittsburgh Poke downtown as I’ve heard it’s considerably better than this dump.

  Loved being able to make my own bowl for a reasonable price. They have many options for the toppings and fillings and I would definitely recommend this place! I didn’t try their juices though!

  Tasty, healthy options (but also up to making healthy choices in picks; i.e. mayo, rice or noodles vs. greens). Be ready to pick items on "assembly-line" build-your-bowl or select from feature bowls. Blood orange tequila cocktail is a to drink option. Some other nice beer and wine options.

  We went in for drinks, but then when the staff explained the poke bowls, we decided to try it. BEST DECISION EVER! It was so good, it was like having sushi on steroids! 😆 This is the blood orange alcoholic drink and the firecracker shrimp bowl. Awesome!

  Pittsburgh's food scene makes me sad. This place is the greatest of all times. It is shining beacon on the top of a hill where you can eat a high quality, healthy, tasty, filling meal for 10 bucks. It is beautiful yo I am going to name my first born son Kahuna in its honor.
