::I came in here last week on Friday, first off they have no problem talking about you in their native language, the only reason I know they are talking about their clients is cause they sat there and pointed straight in my face and then back to my hands. My nails are completely messed up, definitely was NOT worth the money I paid for them ( I got French tip acrylics ) they are uneven (the acrylic) and the paint is already chipping away not to mention its spotty and uneven as well. My nails are lifted up underneath and I wouldn't be surprised if water got under them. They were rough with my nails, caused my cuticles to bleed because instead of pushing them back and using a cuticle clipper to fix them up BEFORE putting the acrylics on, the tech decided to push them back, put the acrylics on THEN use the motorized file they have to get rid of my cuticles which caused them to bleed. I would never ever in a million years recommend this place to anyone

::I have been going to this salon for over 7 years. I have never once observed anything dirty. The staff are great. The owner is skilled at what she does and is a great business woman. My mani pedis are always great. They use disposable liner for the foot baths and take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this salon.

::Very bad service we went for a mani/pedi, the girl that works there didn't even bother to ou my hand in water to take of the dead skin, not only that when I addressed it to her she was very very rude and started speaking Chinese. Honestly I went there when they first open they were ok but now they got really bad, an honest advice 18th ave is full of great nail salons go there and don't waist your money in K&T beauty spa

::Horrible service. Dirty place, you can see roaches running around. Once you pay they totally ignore you and being rude. I did pedicure and the technician said the color (new color 7 day special) will even out once I dry. I paid, I dried, it still looked messy. I tried to get her attention, she just said it was my fault because I had to get the special top coat which she didn't mention earlier about. I was waiting for a fix but they just ignored me and even raised their voice once I picked up the color and the top coat on the shelf to look at it. The owner lady has no sense of customer service and is just rude. Her response was - just go and don't come back, it's your fault. Wow, what a treat. Just do yourself a favour and go spend that $ somewhere else where they at least greet you with "Hello" and not "what do you want?" and mop their floors at least occasionally. (I'm a female, don't mind my husband's name I'm logged in under:)
