::What can be said more than this place is the best?! The staff is great and Karen is a gem. I am so happy I found her so quickly! I spent years in NYC trying to find a good hair stylist and I found Karen in my first month in Raleigh! She does a thorough consult for your first appointment and makes certain you both are on the same page, then she explains the whole process she's working through as she does it, making sure you're comfortable. She takes time to get to know every single customer she has and I would imagine the other stylists that work with her are the same way. After one visit, she remembered details about me and joked and brought me into the conversations she was having with other customers. It makes you feel comfortable the moment you set foot inside. It's an enjoyable experience, start to finish. The entire staff does a great job of making you feel welcome and Karen does an amazing job making you feel beautiful and I have zero doubt the rest of her staff is as high-caliber as she is. The prices are awesome and you don't get over charged for the service or have products forced on you. The atmosphere is fun but professional and everyone is made to feel welcome. I can safely say this is my home salon from here on out!
