  They provide phenomenal service! I was more than happy with the way my couches turned out, I will definitely be using them in the future for all of my carpet and upholstery needs!

  They responded quickly to my request for a quote, made it easy to use the deal I'd bought, and scheduled an appointment the next day. Their rep did a good job with my sofa and bedroom carpet, and didn't try to sell me additional/more expensive services when he got there, as other companies have done. Got a follow-up call from the office the next day checking I was happy with the service.

  I had done a lot of research on carpet cleaners before hiring K & A Jackson Heights Carpet Cleaners. After checking other companies, they were the only carpet cleaners with an A+ BBB rating, bonded and insured, a 5-Star rating. For starters, that is an impressive resume. Their work reflects their resume.

  I had the service a few days ago. The technician did a good job.The charge was fair and cheaper than other companies in the area. And also the best one !!

Cleaning team super professional, respectful, friendly, and most importantly they did an amazing job, things look new again.
