  Bad experience, poor service, expensive. I used this cleaning service during my stay in Midtown. I had an unfortunate experience where they lost my clothing after delivering to the address on record when they were told the cloths would be picked up. I waited there for a long time and they did not know what happened. Eventually they realized they delivered it to the address on file when I expressly requested I pick it up at the dry cleaners. They also broke several buttons in the process of dry cleaning. I was told that I would receive a call the next day from the manager regarding a refund - no call. I called back a week later regarding a refund, re-explained what happened and they still refused to refund me.

  Very little cleaner but good service! They also do delivery!

  GREAT cleaner. The staff are nice and they really do a great job on the clothes. I had 8 shirts and 2 pair of slacks laundered and pressed and it was only $18! Add to this that they're only a block from my house, and you have one seriously happy customer.

  Rude service, mediocre work, and overpriced. I've been using them for a year because it's close to my job, but after today I am done. Customer service: 0 stars The guy who takes the orders is perpetually rude. Simply not nice to people. Quality of work: 2 stars They messed up a YSL tie (and never got the stain out!) so that's garbage. I asked them to focus on a particular are of a blazer when they dry cleaned it. They clean everything but that area. Other stuff has been fine. They are organic, which is important to me. Price: 0 stars They just charged me $19 for a light "outer" jacket. I googled 5 organic dry cleaners in the area and found that the price for a piece like that (and much heavier stuff) starts at $9.50 and caps at $15. What's with doubling the price, JYA? I can deal with rudeness if the both the price and the quality of work are great. But rude customer service, mediocre work, and over priced? No thanks! Recommendation to customers: Go somewhere else where they appreciate your business or at the very least, earn it. Recommendation to business: Fire the guy at the front (unless he's the owner, then hire someone else) Work on getting consistent quality every time. There will be hiccups but make up for them. Improve your prices so they align with others in the area. Start by cutting costs.
