  Nice hotel in Brickell. Beautiful pool and great concierge lounge. Gym is adequate for a workout. The area around the hotel is safe and very close to the metro to get to other locations and the airport. The room was spacious and a balcony which is a must have when staying in Miami.

  The pool and the bar grab the attention of many. Wonderful amenities and everything is within walking distance. Amazing things are that the bedrooms are super comfortable included with huge bathrooms. This hotel is definitely a repeat for my next coming trip.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... I attended the JW Marriott Miami for a spa package for two that I purchased for my girl friend's birthday. First off we went to the downtown location initially and informed we were in the wrong location. The concierge at the spa was kind and courteous. She validated our parking and let us know that she was going to call the correct location. Once we arrived at the Brickell location it was amazing from start to finish. The concierge was attentive and understanding about our situation. Then Erica, our masseuse, took my girlfriend for her 55 minute Swedish massage with aroma therapy. She loved it! I went and hung out at their beautiful pool until it was my turn. Let me just say, Erica can work wonders! She was very informative and descriptive in what was going to do. I would recommend trying out this service and we will be visiting again soon.

  Valet scratched new car, General Manager could care less. We reported this issue the minute the valet brought the car around. A 9 inch scratch with fresh paint powder still like dust on it. Staff says “we will take care of it” and very apologetic but after months the General Manager has done absolutely nothing. This place is worn out and dumpy looking. I’ve been in dozens of excellent JW Marriott’s... this is not a good one. It is very poorly run.

  Kein morgenessen inbegriffen ! Nur bis 22:00 auf der terasse sitzen.. nicht zu empfehlen !
