  Thoroughly impressed with my stay at the JW Marriott Chicago property. Since I work for Marriott in high managment capacity, I know the work, details and commitment that needs to happen to make a hotel run smoothly. Front desk staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Accommodated my early check-in at 10am after early flight. Sleeping room and bathroom was clean and organized. View wasn't anything special yet no major concern. Located right near Willis Tower and several cafe's, shops, and sites.

  Awesome location, just steps away from the L. Huge room (especially by Chicago standards) and impressively large bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and interior room was quiet. Appreciated the noon check out !

  Excellent hotel in a great location in the Financial District in Chicago. It is within short distance to the Willis (Sears) Tower and other local tourist locations. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful. Although this is a fairly old hotel, the recent renovations added a very sleek and modern look to the ambience. Plenty of amenities, including a well equipped gym and swimming pool. I highly recommend this hotel.

  Really nice hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Only drawback was that I excepted the food the be better but otherwise I really liked this place. My room was really nice with a good bite of downtown Chicago. This hotel is in the heart of the financial district, and crazy thing, but they have the fastest elevators on any hotel I have ever been to. Definitely recommend

  Great location! I stayed there few times and always had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. It is more a business hotel. The bar has great drinks and service, the spa and the fitness center are very good. Overall very satisfied and would return soon!
