  Awesome spot, really great bubble teas and smoothies!!! Staff is friendly and always hustling to serve customers. Seems unfair that there is typically only 1 person to serve everyone— having 2 people working weekend nights would probably make the service better.

  Ordered on Grubhub and made the mistake of ignoring the other reviews. Order was missing one item and one item was completely incorrect wrong toppings and ice cream and smaller size than what was ordered. Restaurant refused to credit the incorrect order saying it was correct.

  Friendly staff. Really good, reasonably priced coffee. I didn't get ice cream, but the ice cream sandwiches in the display case looked amazing. Definitely going back to try them.

  They have 4 frozen yogurt machines (max 8 flavors) but 2 of them are always broken – seriously, you can only get vanilla, Oreo and chocolate. If you want to pay $5 for standard vanilla froyo go here, if you want something appealing find somewhere else like Igloo or Kiwi. All good reviews for this place are from when they first opened, when they actually cared.

  Ordered through Grubhub, was missing an item. Called the shop and was rudely told “oh well, order again and we’ll send it.” Placed on hold so she could check with the driver, call was disconnected and she wouldn’t answer my call. Got through using my cell and she tried to play it off that she was on the phone with Grubhub, but kept avoiding the issue of a refund. Had to get Grubhub involved. Never dealing with this place again. How do you explain to one child they get ice cream but not the other??
