  Fast service and great quality & reasonable pricing My mom had her wedding ring resized & was able to pick it up within reasonable timing & was very happy with her purchase. I myself will be coming back to purchase some accessories. Excellent customer service The lady was friendly & cute !

  Took my watch here for repair and to get my band resized. Great customer care and took care of me as soon as I walk in the store. This is the store for all your watch and jewelry repair!

  Highly dissatisfied with the customer service. Dropped my rings off on Sept 13th & was told they would be ready on Sept 14th (which was the date on the receipt) so when I called on the 14th I was told it will be ready on Friday the 15th and they would call me. Fine with me... but I never recieved a call. After work I go to the shop to pick up my rings at 5:15pm to find them closed & the jeweler inside about to leave (they close at 6pm). I tell him all this & he says the rings are locked up & he called me but it was the # was wrong. NEGATIVE. My correct # is on the paper & he did not want to release my rings to me & told me to come back the next day at 10am on Saturday when they open. Very poor customer service. I went there based on their reviews.

  Quick, affordable, and they even helped me with another piece of jewelry that I didn't realize they could fix. I was in and out in five minutes, and the staff is super nice and helpful! Will recommend to friends!

  Cheapest jewellery repair around and its always done quickly and high quality. I also love the 5 year warranty on watch batteries. The location is great since i don't have to go into the mall, its right outside the mall. Overall wonderful people and place.
