  I've gotten into about three major accidents and all three times all three different cars have been taken care of by Junior's. Those guys bring cars back to life, back to dealer fresh condition. Completely recommend for all your car needs and if you need a tow the prices are definitely very reasonable.

  The work is good but if you cant afford to take it out ASAP then I would advise you don't leave it there my step-daughter left her car there because she couldn't afford to take it out for a little while and they started stealing things out of her car as if she wouldn't notice because she didn't pick up her car right away the owner has no idea what is going on in his own yard and she still hasn't received her property back I find that to be very unprofessional on has part especially for the money that he charged her

  I took my car to Juniors for the reason that my sister had taken her car there several times for accidents that she had had. I called the business around 9pm and thankfully he had the stores phone calls forwarded to his cell phone. He immediately helped me out and sent a tow truck to get my car. It took 2 weeks for them to fix my car and it was worth the wait. He fixed my car so well that I think I almost cried a little inside. It looked brand new and me and my boyfriend were truly pleased. They went out of their way and with extra paint, painted the hood and top of the car that was a hot mess! They even looked into my bf's car key that we had assumed the battery was dead when in fact the guy at best buy had put it in backwards. Had his brother not opened it for us we would still be opening the car manually... little things like this make an experience completely different. So overall I rate them with an I loved it, because I truly do love my car now! Thanks Guys! P.S You get some nice stationary from them for your car :)

  Stay far away from this shop!! When you first arrive the owner seems very nice and serious about his business. However, once you sign that form and allow an inspection from your car insurance company, it is all downhill from there. He promised that it would take "about 2 weeks" to fix the car. It took over a month. There was always an excuse and when you call to ask questions, you're told that the owner is not available (even though he really is). They buy cheap second hand parts and pocket most of the money from your car insurance company. They tell you that they do great work, but once you finally get your car back after calling and fighting with them, it is not in as a good condition as they initially claimed. To make matters worse they had to nerve to say that the crappy work they did was the "best we can do!" They claim the work is guaranteed!! What a joke, if you guarantee that horrible work I would rather drive it as is!! Imagine they were only replacing a front bumper, lights and a grill and that took ages and the work looked cheap and sloppy. Oh and the best part is when the car was taken to a dealership 2 days later for trade-in the dealer rep told me how much of a crappy job was done.. He even showed me where they basically used wire to tie down a piece rather then replace and reinstall the hooks. Really?? No wonder they have to send their tow truck driver out like a mad man to find people in distress.. I don't think anyone would go their on purpose!! Stay far away from this place... Lesson learned!!
