  JVC has fair prices, great and friendly staff, and better than average for alterations and repairs. Great attention to detail and good turnaround time.

  FIRST AND LAST WASH Provided unresponsive owner with written documentation from Pottery Barn manager, confirming that our permanently damaged $400 silk channel PB blanket had been cleaned improperly: washed vs. dry cleaned. Owner still, does not return calls and we visited the business twice, hoping for a reasonable resolution. This extremely costly, special blanket was in pristine condition, never been cleaned, and now, looks ten years old. Please share. We so hope no one experiences this😥

  Extremely friendly customer service, and very reliable. I highly recommend this place! Also, the boy that works there is super cute!
