  I have been going to this cleaner for a year but recently the quality deteriorated. Socks I sent for wash and fold came back a few times in a pile not paired or folded. I understand accidents happen. But the worst part is that when I called, the owner showed no interest to help. He basically said they out source the laundry and they don't know what happens and have no control on that end. I have to laugh, what great customer service. Now I go to turtle bay cleaner one block away. Much better services there.

  I sent some dry clean over and couple of shirts came back still dirty. I called the cleaner and they said they can't guarantee everything cleans. No offer to help at all. Will not go back.

  Kudos for doing such a stellar job in handling a rush order for me! The clothes were washed, folded and delivered right on time.
