  Great for a blow out, although I've waited sometimes for awhile only for them to tell me they ran out of hot water....that was terrible, happened only once

  Do not go here for a blowout and trim if your hair is natural (mine is 4C). I did and about 2 inches long and one inch high of hair on the side of my head has completely broken off, so short that I can't even get box braids yet. I have to wait for the hair to grow. The hair immediately around it that hasn't broken off is limp and has lost its curl--a telltale sign of heat damage. This has never happened to me before and I've been natural for almost 4 years, only putting heat on my hair for the several times I've gotten a blowout and trim. I can't speak for their other hairstyles. You may very well have cute braids, a perm, weave, etc, (their pictures are cute) but I would go elsewhere for a blowout and trim if you are natural. I'm disappointed in the breakage as I am growing my hair out, disappointed in how quickly my concern when I returned to the store to discuss what happened was brushed off, and I am now deeply considering shaving the side of my head (luckily, that look is in now).

  I have been going to Judy's salon for a few months now and it's great. Michael usually does my hair. He's very fast and great. The ladies who wash your hair.. omg ... they are amazing. You get a amazing head massage and then when you sit up they give you a great back massage. I always leave satisfied. Great place to go.

  My hair is so thick and big and I️ know they cringe when I walk in but my hair is always done so beautifully.
