  We take all our vehicles to JSS for performance tuning, general maintenance, and advice. We also go when we need to play with a great dog, because Cooper is a pick me up for any day. Burt and Val run a family performance garage: technically proficient, clean, accurate, friendly, and fun. They approach every job like a good physician approaches a problem: with a patient-centric attitude, not only looking for the problem and how to fix it, but consulting with the patient on what the best outcome will be for them. They provide copious advice which has (literally) steered us right on road and track. Geoffrey also takes incredible care of us and our cars - it is so good to find a second generation of skilled craftsman, and enthusiast! It’s also fun to see what cars they have in on any given day. JSS is a keeper.

  I'm lucky to live close to this amazing performance shop. Everyone who works at JSS is extremely professional and friendly. When I bring in my Porsche Cayman, I know its in good hands. The mechanics are really trustworthy and knowledgeable. Their work is completed in a timely manner and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

  You may be intimidated by the Porches, the Ferraris and other high end cars, but don't be! Both me and my PT Cruiser cannot say enough great things about JSS! My car will be 13 years old on Feb. 14, 2014, and thanks to Bert and his team, it doesn't look a day over 5, and rides like it's 3! Both Bert and Val offer wonderful, personal service. I highly recommend them!

  I use JSS Performance for all my personal and Company vehicles. They are some of the most professional, thorough mechanics I have ever used and there pricing is very fair. They treat every car that comes in for the first time like a Dr would when he examines a new patient for the first time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honorable, honest mechanic in the area.
