  I have been a regular customer for several years, for repairs and maintenance. I am very happy with their work. They're pleasant to deal with, and good about explaining their diagnosis and repair recommendations, and discussing options as much or as little as one likes. They do operate on an appointment basis, and are very good about being done on time and for the price estimated. They pay attention to details. On the extremely rare occasion that something does not go quite right - faulty part, say - they are great about fixing it, no fuss. Last, I do some of my own repairs and maintenance, and they are perfectly fine with that.

  I've been going here for about 4 years now. Jimmy and his son are excellent mechanics and they are honest and do a good job. I have 3 cars that I bring for repairs. Recommend.

  Jimmy replaced the alternator on my car several months ago, and today provided some free advice over the phone about our other car. He left a good impression with me on both occasions.

  Hard to trust auto mechanics but JQ changed that notion. Highly recommend.
