  I’m here right now as we speak the doctors are lazy they looked at me and didn’t even try to fix the problem no exrays or anything didn’t try to see if they could see what the problem was . Just gave up and said there’s nothing they can do .. it’s really sad how doctors today rush everything

  Docts nd nurses need 2 go back 2 school.. nd jps needs to watch wat ther doin..they alwas confuss me nd mom in ther system..yes we hv same name bt diff bdays, nd diff middle names.. i went yest 2 urgent care nd they called mom sayin her prescrption was ready nd they wer sopose 2 call me instead..this hosp nd urgent care is the worse..i rather go pay bill somewher else then goin here..does anyone knw wher i can report a doct or nurse too.??.nd becareful wen u gada hv surgury..they said mom had cancer then she was layin in bed fixin hv surgery nd same doct tha prescibed her to get it said what r u doin here nd mom said u gav me appt for surgery nd they made her gt dressed nd leave..

  I called to get correct information and the young lady who answered seemed to be annoyed.. I'm not feeling well and was wanting to go but hell with staff like that never mind. If you don't like your job you shouldn't be working of all places in an urgent care ma'am!!! She needs to work on her people skills...

  Everytime i have went to urgent care it was a fast and smooth process. A great alternative to the wait at the emergency room.. The staff in urgent care always treated me with the utmost respect.

  I'm was very pleased the first night my dad was here but the next day they passed us to a room and it was awful. I'm very disappointed with the nurses service. They didn't let us know anything. My dad needed to take a shower and I was there to help him. I ask the nurse for a new gown and after everything they were very rude and said that my dad couldn't take a shower. She didn't let me know anything before anything happen, even when she talked she was in a bad mood. She was very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I'm in room 801-B I live very far and I can't stay due to the room being so little. I'm so mad and nervous to leave my dad alone since they are many messed up nurses here. I hope my dad gets well due to the horrible and awful experience I saw my father go through. My dad doesn't understand English as well . awful hospital service !!!!!
