  have not been here in over 15 yrs. brought my mother to see an eye specialist for and exam. and lab work. we were there for top 1 hour and a half. so great time not a long wait. good customer service when we signed in. ask all kinds of questions and everyone answer without hesitation. and there was a cleaning lady on the floor to make sure it saved as it should. I was surprised and I'm glad that it was a better experience than in our past visits

  I too called multiple times to speak to someone, states to leave a message & they will call you back, that was last Thursday 12/7/2017. Finally one day from my appointment & one day from being a week calling & leaving messages, someone calls. Yayy me. She was rude, I will make sure I do not go to this dental clinic, so now she can put this on her waiting list as well. I am over JPS professionals treating us patience like low lifes.

  I called this clinic 3 times because I had questions and no one ever answered. That's not a great first impression you want to make on people.

  Loved Dr. Bailey, but she let me down.....said she would call me Mon or Tue, but never did. Still thought she was very personable though. Absolutely no way to get a hold of her, but sure she is very busy.
