  You will not find customer service here, although you find it at other Chase bank locations. It seems that the tellers take 4 times longer to handle a simple transaction than any other bank. You can be third in line and wait a half hour. To add insult to injury, there are 6 bankers standing around laughing while your one clerk handles a line of 10 people, I would not be writing this review if it happened to me once. I experienced this story in this bank location several times now. It is simply a poorly run and inconsiderate branch. Save yourself the time, and find another location to bank.
