  My old alarm system stopped working & I fortunately found JPG to solve the issue. Jim of JPG responded to my initial e-mail in less than 1 hour & also included his cell number so we could discuss. I called Jim and discussed the situation, selecting a time for Jim to come out & inspect the existing system & discuss options. Jim reviewed our current system & also discussed with his tech to ensure workable. I had a no-pressure discussion with Jim on the pros-cons of the solutions proposed. The selected solution was able to be implemented the next day. Very courteous & professional tech arrived - where he did not mind me asking questions & observing how he implemented the new solution. The tech checked all his work & ensured all doors/windows worked. He also walked us through the new control box & smartphone features, ensuring we understood & could work the new system. I am very glad I used JPG & got our old system replaced/operational quickly. Give JPG a chance to solve your home alarm needs - I think you will be very pleased as I am with the result.   I was looking around online for home security companies in Arizona for our new house. I came across JPG security and loved what all the reviews had to say. I did a bunch of research loved what his company offered and especially loved that Jim is an ex police officer of 10 years, so he’d know where the weak spots were. He contacted me right away and made an appointment to come see our house to see what our home needed best to make it secure. They had a installation guy come out pretty much the next day and he was so informative. We are first time home buyers so didn’t know what to expect, and they were so knowledgable and answered all of our questions. Today we had more inquiries about our installed system and they already contacted us back to schedule a time to come out to help us understand what is going on better. JPG made us feel so comfortable and at peace with choosing them for our home security and I would recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you Jim and the team at JPG security!!!!

  GREAT! We wanted to get a full home security system done asap on our home. After making multiple calls to different companies and having the same uneasy feeling, my coworker recommended JPG Security. After reading reviews, I filled out the online information form and received a call from Jim within 5 minutes! He was so professional and came to do the home inspection the day after. I felt completely comfortable with this company protecting my home. They came out the very next day and got the system up and working! I had a couple of further questions that evening and they responded right away and even sent another tech out the next day to ensure that all my questions were answered. I cannot be more satisfied with the service provided. I definitely recommend Jim and his team for your at home security needs. We even added a thermostat to be able to control the temperature of our home.

  Met with Jim of JPG Security Consulting/AZ Alarm Co to review our security system in our AZ home. He made several suggestions. We would save 34% monthly over ADT. Dave the installer arrived on time and took 2 hours as he said it would. to remove the old system and install the new. We now have an easier to use system and will save $$ every month.   I've been with JPG Home Security since I purchased my house in 2015. Their service is professional, and prompt. Jim, the company owner did my house's security system installation, and it was nice to meet the owner in the field. He used existing security monitors in the house, and installed additional ones as needed, and did not try to drive up costs unnecessarily. When my parents purchased a house in Phoenix recently, I connected them to JPG, and their experience was identical to mine. They are always available by text, which is super convenient. I have never not received a response from them when contacted. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with them! Highly recommended!
