  They spent a few hours trying to find a solution to our mice problem. Nice guys, but it was costly and did absolutely nothing to solve the problem.

  I called JP McHale Pest Mgmt on Friday, Sept 2, 2016, as I had discovered a yellow-jacket nest in my wall. They came that day to treat the nest. Being Labor Day weekend I was unable to contact them to inform that apparently a nest nearby also existed. I called today, Sept 6, and within 2 hours the technician was back at my house and treated the problem. Both the office staff and the technician were attentive to my concerns and professional in addressing the problem. Their service is a little pricey - but frankly for great service I am willing to pay the extra money. Excellent service and I do not hesitate to recommend them.
