  Yesterday Evans came out to repair our A/C unit; I called them late in the afternoon and they came anyway. They left our home when the AC was working perfectly. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and able to communicate the problem and a set of solutions prior to beginning the work. Evans went out of his way in providing service and managing all aspects of the repair. Very happy and impressed.

  Our A/C unit was smoky and producing some sound from inside,asked my neighbor for a reputable heating company and he recommended Joyce Heating & Air Inc to us.We decided to give them a call and was extremely pleased with the service Josh and his crew did for us.They established the problem and fixed it in a blink of an eye. Very reliable and professional and would highly recommend.

  Evans was very helpful when he came to assess my heater problem. Their quote was in line with the amount we had budgeted for and the timeline for completing the work was sooner than we had anticipated. and made sure the heater was working as it should.When they were finished the left the area tidy and looking good. I am happy with the work and the experience.
