  After a huge ordeal of a basic exchange an associate exited the store and threatened violence upon my significant other. This establishment hires violent and self entitled little brats who can’t do very basic customer service tasks. I was hung up on after being told I’m wasting time. All I was calling in about was a purchase I made where they gave me two different sized shoes. They refused to aknowledge their mistake and proceeded to treat me with hostility total utter disrespect. Journeys should be embarrassed about the behavior of their employees. Shame on all of you! Y’all are lucky I like the shoes. But I do promise I will get that boy fired for threatening me.

  The service was gr8 but then I realized that my shoes were DIFFERENT SIZES! well gr8
