  So very disappointed With this company. I ordered extra graduation photo cards and they came with my Sons name spelled wrong. I contacted customer service and they said they would fix them and get them right out. I thought "WOW that is awesome" NOPE they sent the name plate cards and not the photo cards. I called back to customer service and the girl I spoke with said they could reprint them, but they will print the same way they did before. I said that is not right, I have proof I ordered them correctly. I took a screen shot of the screen. She said she was going to have to look into and get back with me. Never heard back from anyone and I am running out of time. So today I decided to just go ahead and buy 10 more (min order, I only needed 3) In the meantime I opened the photos cards from the plastic wrap they were in, and corrected my sons name on all the other cards, and put them in the envelopes. There were a few envelopes at the bottom of the box they came in so I pulled those out to throw the box away and there were 5 more cards at the bottom of the box. I then called customer service to try and cancel the order I had just placed less than an hour before. They refused. This order was part my fault because I did not look in the bottom of the box before I placed another order, but the name on the original order was not my fault and you would not correct that either. There is no reason why this order should not be able to be canceled, it is not like you have already made the new cards and again you messed up the first order. extremely disappointed in your company and the service.
