  Joseph K is absolutely amazing with the quality of work they provide. I had my wedding ring stone replaced and then the extra stone added as a necklace. The work is impeccable. The customer service is second to none. You're treated like family and they won't rest until you're satisfied. They are they only jeweler I trust my gems with!

  Zero stars if possible. Horrible, horrible service. They messed up my custom engagement ring THREE TIMES. The woman with the Russian accent was sooooooo rude. They made it in the wrong size and made it with diamonds instead of moissanite. Will never come here again. Worst service ever. The staff does not communicate with each other, so don't expect them to get your order right. They tried to make us pay for shipping on the new ring after they were the ones who messed up.. Don't ever go here!!!!

  I love Joseph K Jewelers. I first became a customer in 2012; I bought myself something I'd always wanted--diamond earrings. Since then, I've helped a friend find an engagement ring at JKJ, I've received a custom engagement ring from JKJ and I've purchased my husband's wedding band at JKJ. I cannot express how much I love these people. Over the last few years, they've become more than jewelers, they've become friends. They're always willing to go above and beyond to take care of us. I ordered my (then) fiancé's wedding band two weeks before our wedding (oops), they were able to get it for me. Upon receiving it, we realized my fiancé had given me the wrong size. JKJ resized the ring and we had it in time for our wedding. I cannot thank them enough. I thank them for their assistance, patience, willingness to help. Their friendly attitudes and for going out of their way to take care of us. Thank you JKJ, we'll be customers for life.

  Went in to gain knowledge about products and industry. Met the owner, Joseph and his sales advisor Katie. They initially were great, but ended up holding a 200 dollar deposit over my head in order to get me back in their store. The deposit was put down to view ordered product, but I never bought anything. After telling them I wasn't going to make a purchase, they made me call, email, and come Into the store a 2nd and 3rd time just to fight for my deposit. Don't trust them

  We walked in defeated and discouraged after several weeks of searching for an engagement ring and walked out with a ring that was exactly what I wanted and more. And not the style I had been looking at previously. Joseph and Guyana..thank you for listening and showing beautiful options. We appreciated the time you spent with us. Ring was ready for pick up later that evening and looks amazing Save yourself time and stress and just begin at JosephK....
